A child of the 80s, I grew up with the belief that shoulder pads were a good thing, neon colors were necessary and perhaps most importantly, your bangs should be five inches high. This jumper which will soon be in the shop, would have been cool back in the day but today unlike sky high bangs, it's still totally relevant and dare I say, "Rad!"
